On a standard price-discovery card, line style separates hours when the related cash market is open from hours when it is closed. Both line segments remain Hyperliquid perpetual-futures reference values, not cash prices or official index values.
| Display | Time or comparison | Value basis |
|---|---|---|
| Solid line | Related cash market is open | Perpetual-futures reference value |
| Dashed line | Related cash market is closed | Perpetual-futures reference value |
| 24-hour change | Current reference-price change | The same Hyperliquid contract's prevDayPx |
| Close ratio | Current reference-price change | Reference captured at the latest cash-market close |
The 24-hour change compares the current reference value with prevDayPx for the same contract. It is not the cash market's previous-close change.
The close ratio appears only while the related cash market is closed. The close-time oracle value is preferred. If it is unavailable, the close of the perpetual-futures 15-minute candle at the cash close is used. If neither exists, the ratio is omitted.
Reference-class cards use a different presentation. Their line remains solid throughout, and they do not show a dashed segment or close ratio.
| Source | Content | Refresh | Path and state |
|---|---|---|---|
| Hyperliquid | Perpetual-futures reference prices, 24-hour changes and candles | Requested while the board is open | The browser requests the public API. Values are not cash prices or official index values. |
| TradingView | Hyperliquid contract charts opened from supported board cards | When an external-chart link is clicked | Supported board-card links open TradingView. Symbol pages do not load the TradingView script or widget. |
| SEC EDGAR | Filed annual and quarterly results and historical per-share dividends | Normally monthly | A pre-build process reads company facts. Only checked static records are displayed, with links to filings. |
| U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics | Released CPI, payroll and unemployment values | Checked after release, normally within about one hour | The calendar displays checked server-side snapshots only. Forecast values are not used. |
| CFTC | Weekly futures-position statistics | Not adopted | A future candidate. The current page, build and browser do not request it. |
Structured SEC EDGAR filings are used for available records from 2008 onward. Missing periods, values with unverified units or issuer mappings, and values that cannot be confirmed as quarterly are omitted. A fourth quarter is not derived by subtracting earlier quarters from an annual total.
An indicative yield, when shown, divides checked trailing-twelve-month dividend history by the current Hyperliquid reference price obtained on the same page. It does not use a forecast dividend or a cash-market price denominator.
